You cannot rationally oppose, as relentlessly and vehemently as you do, the removal of tyrants whom you do not support, at least tacitly. b) I have never suggested the mythical Halur Rasho was denied a green card. In fact, I suspect he has a green card since he described himself as a "third-class American", explaining he was an Indian citizen. He would immediately become a "first-class American" if he was to become an American citizen, except in the two eyes of one Mervyn Lobo, who lives in a Canadian nagar simply because he cannot run for US President. c) I was only half-joking with you.
