There is nothing like �bad publicity� that summons the attention of service providers and politicians alike. Sancharnet.in (BSNL) will NOT act unless sufficiently large number of people write and force them to resolve this problem. Besides, GoaNet is an appropriate place to air/expose these issues, which receive wide publicity via the electronic media. I also suggest that the ISP subscribers and members of this community address/cc their complaints to the Sancharnet (BSNL) management in Goa.
