Kotawala India gets board approval to operate hotel in Goa

Kotawala (India) Ltd`s board has recommended to enter into an agreement to
operate the Hotel Goan Holiday`s situated at Goa for such period and on
the terms and interest of the company.
`Hotel Goan Holidays will be third hotel under the operation of the
company. Presently the company is operating `Hotel Yashraj`, Mahabaleshwar
(Maharashtra) and `The Sunshine Beach Resort` Calangute, Goa.
The company has also acquired the franchisee for a chain of restaurants
with `SCIRACCO`, the Italian restaurant at Goa.
Shares of Kotawala India (Q, N,C,F)* were last traded on BSE at Rs 25.55,
down 0.97 per cent.
