Typical attempt at disinformation, Mervyn, in the tradition of Haroon Siddiqui. Unfortunately, my experience is that everytime I visit Toronto or Vancouver, I find myself stepping over garbage on the streets, not to mention humans sleeping off their drug habit. Somehow, the crows only go after the Canadians, though, whose personal habits probably resemble the Europeans.
