Dear Mr. Menezes,

I have been in the far east working for the power stations and last 15 years in engineering contracting.

I don't and will never have casteist aspirations because that is not my nature.

I get along well with different nationalities and in the past when I was in Aldona was well known and popular.

Medicine is in our family; My paternal and maternal grandparents, my father, three sibling and not only in Goa, Bombay, Portugal, Hong Kong, London, Australia and even Switzerland there are and have been doctors from the de Sousa's clan.

I know Willie very well and helped him set up his 1st. Consulting room in Corte do Oiteiro, Boca de vaca in Panjim, during the 60's. I definitely refute the point that he is casteist but I seriously object to his treats of constantly trying to topple the Government.

Thanks for your answer and hope to keep in touch through the net,

Regards,

Tom,

Do you belong to the same caste as Dr. Willy?

It is clear from your below mentioned posting that you are living your life on based on so-called past glories. It is not time to grow up?

Interesting post from Cip.

The operative question is Whether the good Dr. Wilfred de Souza is a casteist or not.

Those who say so, may wish to provide the evidence (even circumstantial) that Dr. Wilfred is a casteist.

Good post Tom. Thank you for that.

Hopefully, you will not take Cip's bait and respond to Cip's trick question i.e. "Do you belong to the same caste as Dr. Willy?"

After all, Catholics who practise the Caste System could NOT be Catholics.

I also don't know HOW Cip would know HOW Tom is living his life. Based on past glories or based on past and present struggle ?

If that is so, WHY does Tom have to "grow up" any more?

Now Tom, I am not against Dr. Willie trying to bring down corrupt and communal governments. Sometimes, to save the livelihood of Goans and the character of Goa, Governments need to be pulled down. Every year if necessary.

Just imagine if the previous communal government was allowed to go on any further.

I however was, am and will be Dr. Wilfred de Souza being IN Goa politics.

BUT...as you may have noted (and the doddo Goa Freedom Fighters may not have known) Dr. Wilfred has been a revolutionary ever since his Dharwad days (at least)

BTW: What are the chances that the ignoramus Mr. Mollio of the 'Goa Freedom Fighters whatever' will apologize to Dr. Wilfred?

Wow.....HOW some people hate Dr. Wilfred hey!?!
