Appeals based on the good intentions that Cynthia obviously had are likely to fall on deaf ears as far as any factual inaccuracies are considered.
This is why, based on the definition you have supplied above, I am confident that Santosh will re-consider his allegation that Cynthia's was a "chain letter" and will correct the record accordingly. He has also been known to apologize when the situation warrants.
