I am baffled, why postings from such an illustrious person, like Victor Rangel Ribeiro, who never writes anything controversial, just facts, and who maintains a quiet dignity, would be bounced by GoaNet. I feel certain that this was an unfortunate error and not a deliberate attempt by the GoaNet administrators to deny him access. Hopefully the matter will be clarified soon ?
