Cecil, any suggestion of an afterlife - rolling,
churning, etc. - will be objectionable to the
vociferous atheists among us.  

The only way to meet all your many criteria would be
to just say it like it is, i.e. "Lohia would have been
appalled."?  This would leave Lohia to roll, churn or
just be dust, as the case may be.

I will probably still use the metaphors when it suits me.
