Pl Note: I have not tested this service, however, a call was made to GOA on 2nd july for 8.37minutes and BT call advise service tells/says it cost total 38p (this will only be confirmed once the bill updated online).
Some of my friends used it before and said they were charged 3p plus the BT charged them the normal price. I don't know how true this is. Check it for urselves (when the bill comes - till then be cautious). I use Alpha telecom.
