What is the excuse for this kind of ignorance on the part of Goa's top leaders? Reminds me of the glaring lack of historical knowledge (of the Independence struggle in the run up to Partition) displayed by a top national leader recently on a visit to Pakistan. Doesnt inspire confidence in the willingness or ability of the Rane govt to really tackle Goa's key problems.
