I agree with 2, 3 & 4, but point 1 is highly discriminatory and restrictive to a poster who has to debate with a group or like minded individuals, who have a common stand and collectively put out more than 4 posts on the subject being discussed. This sort of bias will seriously impede the debate and will be a one sided contest.
