Seabird is in the vicinity of Karwar which is in Karnataka. The airfield which is only on paper is slated for Yenkebe, also in Karnataka, maybe 10-15 km from Seabird though the direction is not known (by me) at present. The Navy property in "southern most Goa" referred to in the post may be Anjediva Island. All this is subject to confirmation by others who may be better placed than me to comment about these locations.
