My good Gilbert,

Celebration of Faria in Portugal and France will hardly detract
from education, possibly, imparted to the "young" and "old"
Goans.

Considering that the "Conjuraçao dos Pintos quite preceeded the
French tamasha, they too, young and old, could aspire for due education.

After all the riches the Abbe contributed to science at large were hardly
montecristian, but as invalueable.

How about educating young Goans about Abbe Faria and his contribution TO Goa and Goans? (Not the Portugues or French).
Other than his statue, what of his legacy is left in today's Goa?
Kind Regards, GL
