This type of high roller strategy is not advisable esp when the hard earned savings of tax payers is involved. It amounts to robbing Peter to pay Paul. Why starve IFFI (if it really needs Rs 100 crores) to put the CC on steroids? It may be unhealthy for both. The sound principle is "every tub on its own bottom". Besides, Rane himself has not talked of any link between the CC and IFFI. WHY?
