Mr Rene Barreto wants me to explain my recent statement that there are
parallels between the anti-foreigner frenzy in Britain and the anti-outsider
hysteria in Goa. Don't know what's there to explain in the simple,
straight-forward sentences. I think I was not talking in riddles, but merely
stating the obvious.
