RESPONSE: It has been my observation that those in places of influence amongst our Goans rarely, if at all, help the Goan community. > What has the WGD from this U.S. region and this country (U.S.) done to > recognize him? > Have they ever invited him as a chief guest / speaker? > Or does the whole of USA invite Dinesh D'Souza (even as a paid speaker), > except the Goans? > One could also ask what has Dinesh D'Souza done for the Goans in the USA? > Kind Regards, GL RESPONSE: I think any Goan community, even the rich folks from USA, and the poor folks from the USA who are better off than the European based, middle class Goans (as stated by a know all) would be hard pressed to pay Dinesh D'Souza USD10,000. It would be easier for Dinesh to donate USD10,000 to a worthy cause, such as Goa Sudharop (Sp?) . You are correct, if you are quoting JFK; Ask not what the Goan community can do for you, what can you do for the Goan community. Amen. -- Cheers, Gabe Menezes. London, England
