RESPONSE: I too believe that the Speaker has acted wrongly in disqualifying Matahny Saldanha. All is not lost though Shri Saldanha has recourse to the Courts, which I am sure he will proceed to, in order to gain justice. Gabe. P.S. Politics and Politicans in Goa reach a new low everyday.
