Thanks for that kindly advice, dear Alfred. You seem to be pretty
well conversant with HIS ways ...
I sure haven't lost any hope ... of joining you someday in that celestial
company, with a resplendent halo on.
And had I, like you, mate, lived in the Lowlands, you bet I should have
by now been on the *fast track* for that heavenly honour, holding out
both my hands for you at the Pearly gates when your turn arrived...
But then, I neither enjoy the privilege of inhabiting your exotic Lowlands,
nor (with apologies to my several Scottish friends) the spirited Highlands.
From my modest midlands, I promise you I will keep trying to please HIM,
like I'm sure you still do. ;-)
Respectful regards,
Valmiki

My dear Valmiki, God, may his Name be always Holy, bless you.
HE does'nt take to conceit lightly, you know?
Before aspiring for that lofty state, we have to meditate introspectively
and severely examine our conscience: Have we been sinfull enough
to be Sainted??
It takes a great deal of sinfullness, my boy, to attain saintliness.
So, debauch all you can and you may still, with hope, R.I.P.
