I now find it difficult to get a clear picture about your visa woes.
Sometimes you say you have heard from Dr Willie and at other times that you
have not. I am also unclear if you had landed at Dabolim previously without
a hitch and when?
I wonder if you can say what nationality passport you held when you were
rejected landing at Dabolim. Also, what stamp was entered in your passport
when you were refused entry at Dabolim.
It would appear that your airline had no problem transporting you to Dabolim
when you then got entry refusal. Did you have a visa for India then,
assuming you were not travelling on an Indian passport? Is your passport
from Pakistan by any chance? If it was so, did you obtain an Indian visa
from Berlin to make your thwarted trip to Dabolim?
I ask the above questions only to see if there is any way to help you.
