Dears, A very interesting fact that has been brought to my attention is that one primary school at Verna-Salcete, of which the management was taken over by the DSE a few years ago has ENGLISH as the medium of instruction in the primary section. Quo vadis? What pedagogy are we talking about? Why were the students of this school given the correct pedagogical treatment by the DSE? It is not even an urban school.
