Goa Sudharop got a phone message from Mrs. N. Paes yesterday. Her zip code in New Orleans is now open and she and her husband have taken the train to return to start their life once again after Hurricane Katrina. She will let us know the state of affairs once she settles down. Some of her siblings have also made progress. Her mother who initially evacuated out of New Orleans (Hurricane Katrina) to Houston (fortunately spared by Hurricane Rita there) is now in Florida (hopefully spared by Hurricane Wilma). We are waiting confirmation she and her son's family are ok (we believe they are). Some funds have been collected by Goa Sudharop for the family. Thanks to the donors.
