This view of the DIG and the inefficient goa police has proved to be a moral boost to the communal elements who are now resorting to robberies in addition to the desecration of the Christian idols. The communal miscreants who had desecrated chapels in Goa including 2 in Ponda recently have still not been arrested. If Hindu idols were to be stolen and temples desecrated there would had been a great hue and cry; Rane, Parrirkar and the police would had swung into action immediately. Why dont the gutless goan Christians atleast for once shed their fears and resort to mass agitations before Goa becomes Gujarat.
