This Borges chappy is coming up with some time wasting
and unclaimed theories. My old man's generation spoke
Concani in their homes, although there was
intervention of Portuguës.
In fact under bharat rule and in the early 60's,
students in my school were banned from speaking Amchi
Bhas - a fine of ek rupia was levied if words like
che ddi were uttered!
