To our beloved Prime Minister human lives are very important when they are lost in bomb blast.
My point of saying is why it happened, whoever it may be the brain behind the blast to me it is right move with wrong target. It is yet to be debated. With the rise of transnational corporate interest in India and considering country as a part of the global village the level of exploitation of labour, violation of labour laws, demoralization of workers, sudden issue of memo letters, threat of termination, worst of all is isolating the workman from the family life by issuing transfer order from one branch to another branch which is at the distance of say 1500 kms within the geographical location of the country, deducting the salaries as loan installment without taking any such kind of loans. These all puts the worker in deep frustration. It is not only the psychological murder but it is the disaster of the worker. Although the human worker stays alive but he find himself as dead. To come out from this kind of mental tension it is not only very difficult but most of the time it becomes impossible. When such kind of situation exists the worker is bursting in anger. He needs the justice desperately. Worker is willing to do anything to take the revenge. Some trade unions see this as a mathematical problem and try to solve it, where as some workers accept the defeat at that moment and choose liquor bottle as future; where as some hit at the right target. The question arises is, in short span of time how can you get the justice. With the way the labour department function in India it takes years to get the justice to the worker. The classic example is labour court of Goa India (matter of Albert Rodrigues and corporate travel pack) it takes the gap of 03 months for one hearing. With this kind of disappointment of the system can a workman get the justice? It is we who pay the different taxes not to park the matters in labour court but to get it solved amicably. So instead of going through this hustle some marathon procedures it is easy to create harm to the countrys population. Ultimate intension is to recover the losses. The easiest way is to create double loss to the others than what you have faced and get relief of the parked problem. Although with such kind of attacks problems cannot be solved but it puts the system to rethink of the cause of blasts. It is high time for the country to look back and see that its all the beaurocratic departments function as per the interest of the masses and not to suppress the masses. I request the labour department of Goa to take the parked matters seriously. I am sure Prime Minister does understands how much pain the worker goes through. Instead of passing condolence messages of tragedies it is batter to look back and work out for the smooth functioning of the labour departments, specially in Goa. Thank you.
