Pratap Naik is a Mangalorean or not. Only non-Konkani speaking supporters of the Bajrang Dal would make such assertions. The question here is NOT whether or HOW Fr. Pratap writes his surname. The question is NOT whether JC has any MP3 recordings from the early 20th century of his gran parents speaking Konkani at the tinto in Velim. I will also ignore the "Casteist" question you asked me in the last post, in addition to the Casteist statement you made therein. The last time I read that kind of nonsense was in a post from another disgruntled ex-Jesuit. But let us not go there at this moment. The question remains: IS Mr. Borges FOR or AGAINST according official status to Romi Konkani? If he is .....then this lengthy discussion in Roman Numerals is superfluous. There are other questions i.e. What does Mr. Borges make of the Bhembre call to boycott TSKK?
