Recently I read an article here about experienced people traveling overseas to volunteer (paying their own airfare) to help in different projects outside USA and enjoying the people in that country and using their best abilities to participate in programs that will help third world countries. These travells usually are one month or little more. I am sure Goans from overseas could go to Goa participating any projects proposed by responsible people in Goa. NRIs for example or a group of sincere Goans. Helping people or Goa by volunteering, these volunteers will be able to enjoy their own Goa and can then boast that they did something for their own country. I have been a banker all my life for example if someone could use my abilities I would freely give. Any suggestions or comments. ? Any constructive criticism would be accepted. Would like to hear from Goans abroad if anyone else will be interested. I am sure there are a lot of Goan engineers, Planners and all those who have management skills could help. Barnabe Rodrigues
