Just got the information that the Romi Konkani Tabloid 'Goencho Ulo' has been formally released at Panjim this morning. The launching of the new Romi newspaper was held at the 'Konkani Writers Meeting' held at the T.B. Cunha Hall. Congratulations to the Publishers 'Diamond Publications' Panjim and Miguel Braganza and his Team for keeping their promise of releasing the first issue to coincide with the Novenas of 'Goencho Saib'.
