Dear all,

This post is not meant to disturb you, only to exercise my rights against this
BOGUS accuser. I hope that it will be posted on GN, though I am not so sure.

Last evening, Bosco of the GoaNet Admin made this categoric statement: < I
will unequivocally state for the benefit of all, NONE of Jose Colaco's
messages have been censored in this thread or any. If one (or more) were
rejected it's because he violated one of Goanet's Rules about cross-posting
messages.>

WHILE Bosco of GoaNet searches for the POST WHICH WENT MISSING .... I was
quite troubled that I might have in fact, unwittingly VIOLATED, as Bosco
pronounced, one of GoaNet's RULES. So I checked and Checked again ....and I
could not find ANYWHERE on GoaNet Rules that there is a rule against Cross
Posting?

The latest time I checked for this so-called RULE on GoaNet that I had
VIOLATED is as follows:

Eastern Standard Time in US & Canada 4:50 PM Thursday November 24, 2005
Local Time in Goa 3:20 AM Friday November 25, 2005.

It just ain't there. ( BTW: please see reference our favourite WIKIPEDIA
site ) - attached below

I now am FORMALLY asking Bosco of Goa Net Admin to PLEASE withdraw this BOGUS
allegation that ANYONE (to date) including JC "violated one of Goanet's Rules
about cross-posting messages" - UNLESS he can show us that in fact such a rule
exists on GoaNet.

>From our favourite WIKIPEDIA site for Rule of Law and Authority.

The rule of law implies that government authority may ONLY be exercised in
accordance with WRITTEN laws, which were adopted through an established
procedure. The principle is intended to be a SAFEGUARD against ARBITRARY
rulings in individual cases.

PS: Before you try hide under Netiquette ..... please read the netiquette
section on Cross Posting very carefully.

PN too that "anti-Fr. Pratap Naik's person" comment which you allowed to go
through.

All that and more on TGF http://www.colaco.net SOON!
