According to a TOI front page report: "The aircraft, piloted by Lt Cmdr Pannu, spun out of control as it gathered speed during take-off and ran through the wall, stopping some 150m short of Dabolim railway station". Based on just the above information we might surmise that the fault was with the aircraft and possibly its maintenance. Everybody knows that these very old aircraft are highly problematic.
