Hi
I am a journalist for the Sunday Mail newspaper in Glasgow, Scotland. i am trying to find a photograph of a British national who was arrested in Bangalore last week on trafficking charges. His name is Douglas Rankin and he has been living illegally on Goa for the past 10 years. I wonder if you or anyone at your paper could help me in tracing a photo of this individual?
I would be prepared to pay for one.
I can be reached by return email or on 0044 141 309 3229.

Thanks for your time

Charles Lavery
