Did graduate studies at Fordham University, NY, and received his Ph.D. in Communication and Media Studies from The Union Institute and University, Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. He teaches International Communication, Media Law and Ethics, Media and Culture, and other related subjects. His research interests are in areas of Communication for Social Change, Communication and Civil Society, Communication for Development, and Theology of Communication. Prior to teaching at St. John¹s University was Division Head and Professor of the Communication and Art at the Graduate School of the College of New Rochelle, NY.
