ARCHBISHOPS NEW YEAR MESSAGE I am glad to send to the people of Goa my best wishes for a happy and prosperous New Year. In the past year, we have been challenged by situations of injustice and violence, even in our own State. In face of this, it is becoming more and more necessary to build roads to peace together: peace that can find satisfactory solutions to the problems of our day, founded on the dignity of the human person and on an integral development of the society.
