(Hey, Sachin, of course India is a threat to "old Europe", which has been in economic stagnation for sometime now. Don't forget we used to be one of their colonies. The Europeans still patronize the US, which has left them so far behind, so why should a new threat be exempt? You are right about China being a bigger threat, but for some reason, these old Europian socialists seem to have a greater affinity and respect for the communist countries than for democracies like India.)
