Emirates has launched flight from Dubai to Thiruvananthapuram on 1st Feb (last
Wednesday).
This October, it will commence new route daily flight to Copenhagen.
Also has plans to start services to Cote D'Ivoire and Hanburg this month.
Calcutta this March, Naoya in June and Beijing in September.
This will mean that by end of 2006, Emirates will be serving more than 85
destinations in 57
countries worldwide.
In the mean time, Singapore Airlines is all set to be the first in the world to
operate A380, the
world's largest ever commercial airliner at the end of 2006.
This airliner will be on static display through out the air show at the
singapore Chagi Exhibition
centre. The Air Show that will take place from Feb 21-26 this year.
