Is this a fair summary of the Anjediv feast situation?

1. The Archdiocese is asleep (yet again).
2. The Navy has shamed itself (yet again) by not allowing religious freedom and 
practice. This
follows its dog-in-the-manager attitude (Dabolim). Ironically it wears the 
uniform to defend these
freedoms (and democracy) and yet does not allow a few worshippers to celebrate 
a feast. Or is the
Navy lacking in basic public relations skills that is cannot communicate its 
position. 
3. A majority of the Goan Catholic community is asleep (yet again) since they 
were not personally
impacted - it is someone else's problem!
