Hi, Valmiki! Thanks once again for drawing the attention of Goa to the problems aggravated by bureaucratic inefficiency; your columns in 'O Heraldo' are eyeopeners. Your brand of journalism requires research and bravado. As regards the Camara Municipal de Salcete edifice, it's high time it is listed as World Heritage. If the puppet Government of Goa takes no action, we have to bring it to the notice of UNESCO and other UN organizations. Appealing to NGO's will also help. The Escola Medica @ Panjim and other buildings which are centuries old should also receive the same atterntion: viz., listing as World Heritage. Regards! Martinho
