Mauvin to be charged BY HERALD REPORTER PANJIM, MARCH 10 — The Special Judge of North Goa on Friday ordered that charges be framed against former Power minister Mauvin Godinho in the disproportionate assets. In the earlier order the Court had ordered that charges be framed against Godinho. Godinho appealed.
