Hi Goanetters, What is the Goa Govt. afraid of? That the Religious moral of the Goans has gone down. Has the HIV figures gone up? Are the figures relating to unmarried individuals higher than the married ones? Is the HIV test for Goans only or for the Swidish people who come to marry in Goa as well? Will the HIV test done in EU valid or has it to be done in Goa. Does Goa have these facilities. And, I come back to my age old question - why has the Church in Greece made Thlasaemia test compulsory and not HIV? Afra.
