I fail to understand how Konkno can be interpreted as a derogatory word. It means "Hindu" and nothing more.
Looking at the word closely, I can assume its etmology comes from the word Konkan. I also don't understand how the word "b**** b**" was thought to be derogatory. I don't know about you Bardezcars but we Shastikar use it as a team of total endearment.
