This is with reference to the captioned subject. In Kuwait, we do not have a non-resident Goans' associaiton to represent the Goan community in Kuwait to present our issues/problems to the NRI facilities Cell (Govt. of Goa)in Goa. Recent visit and meeting of the NRIFC delegates(Goa Cell)held in Kuwait,it is noticed that there was no proper protocal. Whom the NRIFC contacted in Kuwait regarding their visit is a question mark, but Mr. Herculano Dourado (V. President of NRIFC)mentioned in his speech that his good friend Mr. Wilson Coelho helped them to arrange(hall) the meeting. The attendance was very poor and you know why because we goans in Kuwait do not have a COMMON body to run our affairs. HENCE THE URGENT NEED OF FORMING THIS "NRGA" IN KUWAIT.
