Query - Is there a functioning NRI Association in Goa ? And I dont mean the
NRI
Fecilitation center or any other group associated with the Goa government.
Rather,
I am looking for a group that is totally independent, not dependent on the
Government for funds, even if the association is not formally registered with
the government.
Anbody out there has the answer ?
