India's first Floating Port in Goa - M V Goan Pride
Very interesting to read the post by Cip Fernandes.
I am not tryint to Kator re bhaji!! For records - India's first floating dock
was MV Priyadarshini, owned by the Dempo group of Companies, in the late
seventies. MV Priyadarshini was a state of the art vessel in its time.
MV Goan Pride may be a bigger and more sophisticated vessel, but is definitely
NOT the first floating dock in India.
Perhaps Goanet may have missed to pick this up!
