Sirs, Often I have noticed statements in goa -netter`s
letters implying that n.o.c `s or licences have been granted
for a bribe either to a politician in power or some
dishonest state/ panchayat civil servants.. If this is the case,
does anybody in Goa keep track of such people exhibiting
unusually high spending? Often in Mumbai , government
employees who have amassed large sums of money ( such as the
encounter specialist Nayyak of the Mumbai Police) have been
reported to the authorities..........who do investigate them.
I`m sure in the interest of cutting down on any prevalent
corruption in Goa............people would do likewise.
What views do our goenkars have about this ?
