It looks like outside people are taking over Goa at a very quick pace. The recent case is of Manuel Caldeira who set up a ceramic unit at Moira is being bombarded on all sides by some outsiders from Mangalore and god know where. I remember a similar situation in Parra where a Goan was done by outsiders. Are we Goans powerless in Goa? I guess these are the fruits of the so called Liberation? BC
