My friend Vincent D'Souza who runs the MYLAPORE TIMES
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> had this query recently. Could anyone help?

"I need some help and leads on a small project I am working on. A
group of us is planning a volume to mark 400 years of the Diocese of
Mylapore. Now its Madras-Mylapore diocese of the Catholic church.
Since the early church began with the Portuguese and Goan priests, I
am sure there will be some substanial material in Goa which can help
us with info on the Mylapore diocese formation, the line of bishops,
the Goa Mylapore connection and the priests who hailed from Goa. When
I was in Goa for the ICPA meet last year, we did try to get across to
one organisation which researches Portuguese history. I also read that
a Portugal based orgn is helping INTACH and the Church to maintain
records and history. Will you out me on to those people, or
organisations that can help?
