We Goans should congratulate Montenegro, with a population of less than
600,000, for
having the courage to vote for independence. By so doing, Montenegro joins
other
ministates like Fiji, the Solomon Islands, PNG, Vanuvatu and, of course, Timor
Leste.
This proves that all ministates are politically viable provided they resist
the bullying
of neighbouring Goliath nations.
Yes, little Davids can overcome mighty bullies.
