Its Really true that The Da Vinci Code is a page turning thriller. I really enjoyed reading it at start. But in the closing pages was really confused and shaken. This novel is so nicely woven that the reader is made to believe that what he is reading is not fiction but fact. Could all this be true about my faith ? The letter 'M' in the Last Supper, the marriage of Christ, the Lineage still in existence etc etc. It than occurred to me that the painting of The Last Supper done by Leonardo Da Vinci was done centuries later and surely Leonardo was not around during the time of Christ. That brought me out Of confusion and to my senses that its only a work of fiction.
Well today we have people being beheaded for blasphemy, people suing for defamation etc etc. Since Christ Is not around to defend and if at all he was around physically he would have tolerated all this nonsense and shown The other side of his Cheek.
