I personally feel that such 'high bublic figure' or 'high security figure' should not be allowed to use such activitiy centre regularly which are meant for public in general. Thus causing no interruptions or 'pain' to both 'Regular' and 'Casual' players or visitors.
Governor is just one person/player but people who accompany him could be over 25 as wherever he goes his entire team of security goes too. Moreover, one has to think about the obstructions or inconvenience caused to the motorists and road users every time such 'high security figure' passes the road. Next Governor may like swiming or Gym, that does not mean they can use Govt. Swiming Pool or Gym etc putting other people to great hardship.
