At one stage it crossed my mind to ask the Road Transport officials to conduct a check around the church on a Sunday, but this move could have been viewed from the communal angle by others, hence I refrained from doing so.
On my part, I advise the youngsters, and in the first case that I came across ( a 10 year old neighbour ), I spoke to the parents, but instead of stopping the boy, they encouraged him to take the bike. Now 19, he is the one who drops the mother to work and collects her everyday. I suppose, she was grooming him for this, all these years.
