Hi Albert
I have many reservations about the advice to read the Bible and Koran. There are indications that unintended consequences of such reading is fuelling fundamentalist action in the Muslim and Christian 'camps' which further antagonise both sides. Maybe, avoiding the two books you mention might bring about less tension than exists at present. Just a thought!

Dear friends
There is hue and cry on account of the movie da vincy code. In this world we are usually carried away by mob mentality and do things without real reasoning. We are way back in 1557 (I hope my dates are correct) the same mob mentality which led to the mutiny of 1557. Some one just said that the bullets were coated with fats of cows. Today many people who term themselves as leaders give a false call which prevent people to face reality. Today religion has become a lucrative business because our so called leaders have captured the masses in their palms and we have become dolls in their hands. I have neither read the book nor seen the movie but as someone rightly said that God will be happy with humanity if only we love each and every one like Jesus did. Jesus himself will not mind the movie, or the book for what ever human beings says or cry a loud will have no effect on him. Instead of becoming fanactis let us sit for a while and read the Holy Bible like the Muslims read the Quaran with respect and devotion and get inspiration from the Holy Bible as if we read it with the spirit the Lord inspires man how to lead a life. Only when we read the Bible and allow God to reveal himself to us we will be real Christian and even if there are thousand of da vincy code amidst us we will be the same. Today we are really affected by da vincy code is because we are shaky in our faith.
